Bajitaka's Terms & Conditions

Bajitaka (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Bajitaka website at bajitaka.ws and all services offered under it.

• In cases of failed KYC verification or submission of false information.
• In cases of fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• When required by a legal authority or court order.
